Especially for Valentine’s Day, Elisabeth created a charming collection of delicious sweets for your sweetheart. You will find a varied assortment of artisanal chocolates, artisan truffles, sweet candy and crispy meringue.
An eye-catcher and bestseller in our Valentine’s range are the red chocolate hearts. These artisanal pralines are filled with four different creamy or crunchy fillings: caramel-raspberry, crunchy praliné, crispy feuillantine and praliné-raspberry-pepper. For these chocolates, Elisabeth works together with artisan Frederic Blondeel, who was awarded Chocolatier of the Year by Gault & Millau. The chocolate hearts are packed in a cute but elegant white heart packaging or in a romantic red velvet heart box.
