Chocolate & heat

Our chocolate is handmade and contains no additives to keep it hard. That is why it tastes the way it does, and why it melts.

What we do above 25°C

In very warm weather we hold off on shipping for a while to avoid melted surprises. Your order may therefore be delayed.

What you can do

Choose a delivery day when you are at home, or have it collected in a boutique.

If something still goes wrong

Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will send a replacement or refund you.

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to fresh and perishable foodstuffs. That is an exception in the law, and a logical one: we cannot resell chocolate that has been on the road.

What always applies: if something is wrong with your order, we will put it right. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement or refund you. We take back unopened, non-perishable items within 14 days.
