This delicious Florentine pastry with toasted Mediterranean almonds is crispy baked on the outside and deliciously soft on the inside. The Florentines are richly filled with a creamy almond paste. The candied pieces of orange and cherries add a delicate flavour. After baking, they are hand-dipped in chocolate.
