Prices and shipping costs

The price is indicated in Euro.
The indicated prices are excluded shipping costs.
The shipping costs include shipping cost and handling cost.

Payment

We are committed to protecting the security and privacy of your credit card. You will always be able to stop a payment after receiving your bank statement. Should your card be misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system, you will not be liable for any form of self-risk. The data you send in connection with a purchase by use of a credit card is encrypted (SSL), so that only the safe and secure payment gateway can read it. Neither Elisabeth or any other person are able to read this data.

The credit card charge takes place when Elisabeth ships your order. The amount you confirmed at the time of purchase is the maximum amount that you will pay.

It is impossible to charge an amount higher then what is stated in your order. At Elisabeth.be you can pay with the following Credit cards: VISA, Master Card, Banccontact, Belfius, ING Homepay

Delivery

Your order will be sent by Bpost or DPD to the address specified as the mailing address when you place your order.

Returns

We send out very fresh products. The products are not taken back. If their might be a quality issue with our products, you need to contact us directly at contact@elisabeth.be. We will inspect the product in question thoroughly and refund you eventually or send you other products. Please note that in case the products are partially consumed or have any damage we remain the right to not take back the product. This is not the case if the damage is caused by a normal quality control.

Once you have placed your order it is impossible to cancel it and you need to pay your order.

When you place an order with Elisabeth.be, you provide us with your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, so that we can send your products to you. All of the personal details that we register are strictly confidential. They will not be sold or shared with others.

Force Majeure

1. In the case of force majeure, Elisabeth is not bound to fulfil its obligations. In such a case it may either suspend its obligations for the duration of the force majeure or dissolve the contract.
2. Force majeure is any circumstance beyond the will and control of Elisabeth which fully or partly prevents the fulfilment of its obligations. This is for example, but not limited to: strikes, unexpected traffic jams, accidents on European roads, fire, malfunction, power failures, faults in a (telecommunication) network or connection or used communication systems and/or the unavailability of the website, late or non-delivery by suppliers or other third parties, COVID 19, …
