Le spéculoos est une spécialité belge dont la recette traditionnelle remonte aux années 1600. Ces biscuits au beurre caramélisé sont croquants et très savoureux grâce à des épices telles que la muscade, le clou de girofle, le gingembre et la cardamome. Les biscuits contiennent également des morceaux d’amandes.
